A GYPSET Yoga Retreat with Melissa and Laurel was exactly what my corporate mama soul needed to ensure I was refreshed and re-energized after a long year of work, building teams, and deadlines. It was the perfect mix of connectedness with the other attendees, a peaceful time on my mat, and good workouts that challenged my mind and body. The organic from-scratch meals were another way to nourish and replenish, and I’m so grateful for this time away with the beautiful leadership of Melissa and Laurel. This is the best investment I’ve made for myself this year and cannot wait for my next retreat!

Included: 3-4 yoga, barre and spin classes daily, 7 nights of luxury accommodations, 3 healthy meals daily, kickass GYPSET swag bag and closing ceremony on the beach.
Food: Bohdi Tree offers an array of hot, and refreshing cold soups; an excellent buffet of veggies and salads; organic chicken, fish and vegan options. We also cater to any palette as a personalized service to suit all your special dietary needs. Organic wine and artisanal beer are available for purchase with your dinner.

Breakfast 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Bodhi Bar: The Bodhi Bar is a great place to mingle with new friends after a full day of amazingness.
Location: Located in the foothills of Nosara and is a short walk from
world class surfing beaches of Guiones. Bodhi Tree is nestled in the Nicoya Blue Zone, making it an ideal spot to find peace, relaxation and
rejuvenation.
Transportation: We recommend you fly into Liberia (LIR) which is the closest airport. From Liberia we have 2 options for transportation to the resort: booking a puddle jumper flight or a shuttle.
We can arrange transportation from almost anywhere in Costa Rica, we just need your exact flight information or exact place and time of your pick up. We will help coordinate transportation from the airport to the resort.
